SportsTrade will not be liable for any loss or damage as a consequence of the member disclosing their password to a third party. You are required to keep your password safe and confidential and not permit any other person to use your password.


JURISDICTION:

You acknowledge that all transactions entered into through this website are governed by the laws of New Zealand.


WARRANTIES:

SportsTrade will honour its obligations under the Fair Trading Act 1986, Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Sale of Goods Act 1908. With the exception of any obligations imposed or implied by law.


CARRIAGE:

All goods will be shipped at your risk which will be deemed to have passed when the goods have left the possession of SportsTrade.

All carriage in New Zealand is governed by the New Zealand Carriage of Goods Act 1979. Any claims for loss or damage must be made on the carrier within 7 days. To ensure any claim is received in time, please advise us within 5 days with regard to any damage. We will email you a track and trace number as soon as your purchase leaves our premises and personally track all shipments until we know they have been delivered. We will assist you with any claim on the carrier if your goods are lost, stolen or damaged in anyway during transit.
